Round 1 – 1 mile run down road, alternating 30 mailboxes on right hand side 3 merkins & 5 squats.  Then, 1 mile run return to entrance – single file Indian Runs.

Round 2 – 1 mile run down road, alternating 36 mailboxes on left hand side 2 burpees & 5 (2 is 1) speed skaters. Then, 1 mile run return to entrance.

Mosey 0.50 miles back to COT
