Apparently PAX thought they would have a day off since Alf headed south for the weekend and tapped a substi-Q; no such luck
PAX didn’t take kindly to the suggestion of a 5-mile time trial; luckily Q had a backup bootcamp at the ready
I’ve done the north deck, I’ve done the south deck, but not sure I’ve ever done both in the same workout; Thought it would be fun to try both in the same segment – seemed to work well, given all the sweating and lack of mumblechatter.
