Lots of FNG’s this morning to experience the F3 magic – thanks for joining us and hope to see you all again soon.  Dennis the Menace gave out his first official nickname to Tooth Fairy – congrats to you both.  Joker showed up early to knock out a quick 150 berpies for some fundraising efforts and Young Love & Crab Cake joined him, #insanemaniacs.  a 62 year young Boomer brought his A game back to Area 51, #WarDaddyStrong.  Dirty Bird bailed early to catch an 8:30 Tee Time – Hope you walked the course to get some extra pain in your day.  Enis, a 2 week F3 veteran, has been on a tear – keep it up brother!  Strong work by all topped off with some good coffeteria fellowship.

Great work by all.  Welcome Fish Taco and Bam Bam.  Joker is officially back to peak form crushing the PAX in the 800 meter.  Dennis The Menace at 10 yrs old hung with the pack the whole workout, well done.  Welcome back Turkey Leg from injury, looks like you havent skipped a beat.  Lobster Roll wore shorts for the first time in F3 history because his wife didnt wash his pants, sorry man, break em out next week.  Found the ROCK’s baby brother near the track and the PAX made good work hurdling it.  Speaking of the track: Donkey Kong should know that we have weeds growing in the cracks of our track and the paint is faded but we loved every minute of it.  #A51dirtytrack4life.  Glad to share the morning with some good men.

Welcome Abacus’ 2.0, FNG Dennis the Menace, at 10 years old he hung with the PAX very strong.  Ol Tenembaum made us all feel like we had lead in our shoes during a speed version of 11’s #speeddeamon, T Claps to dirty bird for pushing it hard all morning, nice work.  CT is officially fiired from taking the last 15 minutes of a work out to see who will crumble during his head scratching circuit.  #unsavory.

Hats off to those who braved the rain.  T claps for the artist formerly known as Bob the Builder for making a re-appearance.  BTB enjoyed the spoils of a renaming due to there already being a BTB in the F3 Nation, therefore we welcome back the newly named Haka. Lots of huffing and puffing during CT’s round of 7’s on the playground – that place is supposed to be fun, not torture – good work.  Lobster Roll’s one handed, one footed balance during the crab walk that would have gotten him a job on cirque de solei.  Guest appearance by Dolphin at coffeteria who opted for donuts vs cooking pancakes #goodcall.  Stay dry brothers!

The South Charlotte pax gathered for a nice Area 51 beatdown hosted by 1st time QIC Cottontail and a last minute fill in by the greatest hockey player to never play in the NHL, Slapshot.  Given this was Cottontail’s first Q he made sure it would be one the Pax would not soon forget.

T-Claps to Cottontail for orchestrating a great set of drills and keeping the paxing moving.  Jordache broke out some turbo charged speed and dominated the field in the sprints, #cheetahfast!  FNG Riley Fields chose SArea 51 to launch his comeback as he plans to break the world’s record in the 40 yd dash, or at least hold his own against the competition.  Welcome Riley, thanks for being there.  Hat’s off to Slapshot for filling in for a sickly Countertop at the last minute – Get better soon CT.  Great job by all the Pax and a strong showing at coffeteria for the 3rd F.

18 men gathered for the frozen fiesta this morning at Area 51.  Temps in the low 20’s but the sun was shining so it was time to steal from the rich and make some downPAINments to the PAX.

1 man sprints to 50 while the other three excersize, when he returns, the next man runs (with boulder) and other 3 guys excerzise in this order:

squats, merkins, lunges, carolina dry docks.

1 man shouts out an excersize for the rest of the circle to do while he runs around the outside of the circle

when he returns the man to his right shouts out a different excersize and runs the circle, repeat until everyone goes

Moleskin:

No doubt that the Tickler stole the show with his wife’s jazzercize tights.  These mantyhose would have been perectly acceptable had he been wearing shorts over them.  But he wasn’t. Tickler’s surgical gloves left the PAX with more questions but I think they felt some were better left unanswered.  Hats off Tickler!  Wardrobe well done.  Other notables: FNG Thomas Fennel (Jordache) worked out in a pair of vintage Jordache jeans and managed to keep them grass stain free, wouldn’t you?  Those things are  collector items.  Welcome, Jordache, hope to see you back soon brother!  Cotton Tail tortured the ring of fire with his high knees and butt kicks as he slow trotted around, Nicely done.  Overall, lots of chatter from the group, probably everyone trying to keep their faces from freezing.  Great job Crabcake on his second Q – the downPAINments were well received.

17 men gathered for the Area 51 party on the frozen grass dance floor.  A stricty enforced dress code of hats, gloves and courage was in place.  All men came well prepared.

Great showing by all today despite the frigid start.  Thin Crust refused defeat in the indian run rotations, strong work brother.  Coffeteria was well represented with guest appearences by Zipadee and Joker.  Lots of talk about the USNWC convergence and today’s workout was a good step in our preperation.
