What a turnout!! Was it the cooler weather, Midriff calling out all Swiftees to HC, or the opportunity to see a man running in Jorts that got 16 out this morning!
Final Q brought a ladder consisting of 2x 5, 4, 3 minutes “on” with half recovery. Upper Ave was turned into a parade of sweaty dudes sprinting under the lights!
Felt like a team atmosphere out there today – loved seeing everyone push through some tough workouts over the last few weeks consisting of rain and parking decks, to longer ladder intervals with just enough elevation to make it hurt.
Looking forward to seeing the training pay off as you guys tackle BRR and other fall races!!
