With a mere 16 weeks remaining until the BRR, it seems F3 Nation has developed a case of hill fever. Hills are making their way into workouts everywhere these days (except KB workouts- those bros get altitude sickness). Your esteemed DT Q’s, HB and Bunker, must have also been suffering from some kind of fever when they agreed to let YHC Q this week. Perhaps they contracted One Niner’s whooping cough or took a spill like Mr. Bean. In any case, this is happening. Your regularly scheduled bald-headed beatdown will return next week.
Following in the recent footsteps of Hairball (#theLC) and Bunker (#theVillage), new territory will be explored. New for DT, at least. And yes, there will be hills. At 5:15AM tomorrow we will take down #WhiteOak. Bring a headlamp or domesticated raccoon.
