  • 5 Pull-ups, 10 Merkins, 15 Squats
  • 4 rounds then run 1/4 mile, 3 rounds and run, 2 rounds and run, 1 round and run
• Hill-Valley-Hill sprints
  • 5 down and ups
• Warm hair burners
  • Partner up
  • Place KB in a Coke plastic tray
  • P1 pushes tray
  • P2 does 3 burpees and catches P1
• Sprints at front of school
• Balls to wall
  • Shoulder taps
  • Hip slaps

COLDSKINE:

• Great AO with lots of cars to dodge things to do
• Always great to have fellow Coke-man General at a workout . . . Well done on pre-run
• Nice to see Atlas and Cobbler back out after recent/current injuries
• Not nice to see Periscope get injured . . . Heal up quickly
