Waxhaw Trail Fest is back!!!

Waxhaw Trail Fest (WTF) is right around the corner for its 6th year running, and this year is shaping up to be the biggest yet!

📍 Location: Cuthbertson Middle School- 1520 Cuthbertson Rd, Waxhaw NC

📅 Date: Saturday, April 18

⏰ Arrival: 6:00 AM- Race will start at sunrise (6:45-7am)

What Is WTF?

Waxhaw Trail Fest is a trail-running event featuring three different loops, all starting and finishing at the WTF Village. It’s a relay-style format with plenty of time between legs to relax, refuel, and enjoy 2nd F with your fellow PAX.

Registration – $30

Includes:

-Race entry

-Event hoodie (relay) or t-shirt (solo)

-Breakfast & lunch (BBQ, sandwiches, chicken, burgers, bacon & eggs

-Snacks & hydration

-Music, coffee, and all-day fellowship

This year’s Options:

🏃 STANDARD RELAY (3-person Team) – This is THE ONLY WAY to get a hoodie

Each runner completes all three loops for 12-13 miles per runner

Register as an individual, and teams get assigned based on pace to keep competition fair

🏃 SOLO – T-Shirt Included- ZERO OPTION to receive a hoodie

Non competitive – no team, no restrictions-

Run, walk, or ruck any loop(s) at your own pace

**There will be no Relay lite option as offered in previous years

🪑 Bring your own chair and optional team canopy. Team snacks and preferred beverages are up to each group.

All registered runners will receive a follow-up email with team assignments and packet pickup details prior to race day.
