It was cold!

And it was cold – @strage_brew wore a t-shirt kind a cold. Slow mosey to the warmup area for 20 SSHs, imperial walkers, and merkins. Some say the counting was off – but I don’t know what they are talking about 😊. The pax moseyed over to St. Mathew’s where the pax got acquainted with their lifting rocks for the main course. The main course was 30 curls then run to the end of the parking lot and back – 3 times. Then 30 x 3 American hammers, squats with thrusters, flutters, and tricep extensions. 35 minutes later it got hot – @strange_brew lost his t-shirt kind a hot! The pax happily put the rocks back and moseyed back to the launch area. We did stop at each speed bump behind target and HT for some burpees. 3 miles later the pax was back at the launch for a few air-presses.
