Late Pursuit Entry from last week.

DiCCS (Disclaimer, Cell phone, CPR, Safety)

Warm Up:

  • Run 1.4 Mile
  • Dynamic Stretching
  • Calf Stretch

The Thang:

  • 4 x (200m at R pace, 200m job)
  • 3 x (1000m at I pace, 2 min jog)
  • 2 x (400m at R pace, 400m jog)
  • 1 mile cool down

MOLESKIN:

Another great day at Pursuit.  Those 1000m laps at I pace was definitely tough.  Great work and push everyone.
