WARMUP: SSH, prying squat, Sharon towers, IW – all in cadence
THE THANG: Week 7, Session 1 is a pretty short one, so we kept the warm up going by doing a few rounds of the Voodoo Complex (1H swing, high pull, snatch, clean, squat, press) – 2 sets of 1 rep per side, then 2 sets of 2 reps per side.
Sufficiently warm, we moved on to the program: 5 sets of press ladders (1 rep per side, 2, 3) 5 sets of 10 snatches per side with :20 rest between each set #crowdpleaser 4 sets of farmer carries
MARY: leg raises x 10 Elbow plank until time was up

MOLESKINE: Thanks to the pax for coming out and following my lead. This was our first workout with snatches as we build to the snatch test. All those heavy swings and carries should be paying off now. Strong work by everyone out there.
