Great job out there today. Those 17’s are nasty. Ice-9 and all of his extra curricular activity is disheartening. Does he sleep in a plank position?
Dasher was called out for form but the form must not be that bad for the shape he’s in. Those boys took off like somebody called the cops. Great work today by Donatello, Soul Glow, Radar, Chanel, Brown, Hot Pants, Mop Top, Long Haul, Soft Pretzel, and the rest of our fartsacking Union Co bros. C’mon Man!!! It’s Wednesday!
BB did not do the 17’s their justice. Consisted of running around the perimeter of large parking lot with stops in each of the 4 corners for the Merkin/LBC combo. Made 4 rounds to complete the 17’s. Great lead this a.m. by Heartbreaker and strong group of PAX as AO is developing nice group of regulars.
Merkins to 16 is my kryptonite! See Episode “Pain Highway”. Because Ice9 and Dasher were so far out in front, it was difficult to see if they actually knew about the combo to 17, were reversing the order of the LBC/merkins each time because I swear I would just see one or the other, or just were that fast.
Great to have Heartbreaker, Strawberry, and Snowflake from North of the County Line join us down South.
The Commitment boys Crowbar & Transporter are making it over, too, and I even heard Ice9 filling them in on the other 5 days of the week. Look out! What’s the Over/Under on the temp that Transporter goes short sleeves & shorts?
Dasher was pretty awesome today finishing in front of Brat. Just doesn’t happen very often for mortals whose names don’t start with Bunn, Nas, or Frazie. I made sure Dasher did all the reps, though he admittedly did start doing the merkin reps first after seeing how much more efficient it was to go into a merkin from a sprint (natural motion) than into an LBC from a sprint (unnatural).
Not buying Stumphugger’s excuse. Pretty sure I saw him in the McDonald’s parking lot on the way home — though I guess consuming all that could be called “work”.
Anybody else notice Big Tuna moving like a little Shark?
