Moleskine:
Great work out there today boys. Pleasure to lead at this awesome site. I couldn’t believe the amount of weight that was tackled today, to see Swiss Miss and Arena finishing their 10×10 with 28KG/62 lbs is beastly. Plenty of mumble chatter and awesome tunes to keep moral in check and it seemed like everyone was pushing it to the limit. Big thanks to TR for flipping the switch on double bells, as well as showing up with a rolling store of bells from 45-106! None untouched.
I don’t think I’ve worked out alongside Les Mis but he is a beast, he was crushing double 28KG squats like it was the warmup round. Young Love seems to be taking huge leaps of strength too finishing with 10×10 on the 48K/106 lb bell. This is an exciting turn for F3Area 51 and I’m sure it will spread quickly as guys see their strength gains, push each other, and have a place where they can unleash the beast! Thanks to Les Mis for taking us out!

Great Q Bananas, thanks for pushing us as I think we all have more in the tank than we believe when it comes to KB size.

Les Mis… you’re ridiculous. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone swinging a 28kg bell over their head like that.

YL & Fletch, great partnering with you fellas today and pushing each other through it. That was my first time doing a complete workout with 50’s, much less doubles and then swinging that 106’er at the end.. #crushed

Props to Gummy for coming out and killing it with a full walking boot on. This guy has set the bar when it comes to no excuses.

What can I say, I thought they were “give it all you got” kb swings.

T-claps all around, guys. Everyone was killin’ it. To ensure proper props, Les Mis was swinging a 32KG overhead! #beastmode indeed. I was his partner in name only, as my 32kg swings were only shoulder high and my doubles were with 45’s, not the 28kgs.

Loved it! Keep pushing guys! We can go light/high reps the rest of the week!

Looks like Les Mis’ has outgrown his rattling “build a bell” Getting ready for the mean streets of South Africa.

Strong work men. I know you all just stood around in a circle and broke wind, but the writeup is impressive.

My elbows hurt. The doubles are no joke.

On the bright side, my 40lb KB felt light when I picked it up to leave.

Good to partner with Gummy the Gimp – strong work on an unbalanced boot.

Wow. That was a little bit ridiculous. I didn’t know the meatheads had evolved to using two bells at the same time. It was a bit of a challenge in the boot, but it was great to back out with the guys again. I kept trying to get Alf to drop down from the double 45s, but he wasn’t having it. Rough.

I hate to break it to you but Les Mis, he’s juiced up on the ‘roids. He was Alf-sized when I saw him at Joust a month ago then BOOM. Size 8.5 hats, just like that. It’s #Steriodiculous is what it is. He still has the Build-O-Bell, though, HH, which makes the sudden gains that much more questionable.

Not sure how I am supposed to take that “Alf-sized” comment….

Not going to lie. Most every part is real sore today. Hurts real bad to sit down. Good thing it’s winter and I don’t have to start a lawn mower. Not sure I could do it.

Seriously. I had several full body cramps last night. It hurts to do accounting today. I’m glad I don’t have to Q at The Rock tomorrow like you, Alf.

Ahh – but I don’t have to Q until next Saturday. I might be recovered by then. Maybe.

I thought Bananas were supposed to be good for cramps?
