Homework: Backblast

Q School today with our fearless leaders, Posse, and Moneyball. Learned a few new ideas and concepts to take with me into the future. I recommend to those who have no attended a Q school and are not familiar with being Q that you should attend this. It wasn’t an easy workout and we had lots of interaction. Everyone had a chance to participate.

Warmup:

Light jogging and rotated exercises with the Pax.

Workout:

1st – 50 Dips combined – P1 does dips, P2 runs half loop around parking lot

2nd – 50 Steps Ups – P1 does Steps Ups, P2 runs to far sidewalk and back

Mosey to steps

2 laps

Up the stairs and around the loop, doing calf raises at each step (heels out, heels in and heels straight)

Parking lot – 5 burpees at bottom, run to the top, 5 squats at top

Mosey back towards front of MS

Four corners of 5 squats each, each time coming back to the center for 5 speed skaters
