Kevlar with a World Cup kick!

In honor of the 2014 World Cup Finals and to celebrate Englands’ tremendous progress in Brazil the pax at Kevlar will be getting a soccer treat tomorrow. If you plan on attending bring a soccer ball if you have one otherwise YHC will have plenty. If you really have World Cup fever come sporting a soccer kit of your choosing! AS you can see from the picture Fireman Ed allowed me to use his picture from the high school glory days…Long live the beautiful game!

Troo Troo, understood but really digging those locks. However, not as much as I’m loving the wine glass crest. It really explains a lot on brother FE and the way he raises his pinky finger when sipping on a bottle of Brrr.

Kit has multiple meanings, depending on the context. In cycling, it means “unitard.” In soccer, it means “short shorts and leg warmers.” In Florence, it means “baby fox.”

For some reason “uniform” is beneath euro-sports.

Uniform is what you wear to school. When you play footy back home you put your favourite teams kit on and lace up your boots and go for a kick around down the park then off to the boozer for a swift one.
