Went to pavilion for some wall work – tough
Ran over to a shopping center and hit circle median for 4 rounds of push up 5, 10, 15, 20 many were ready to stop here But we powered through and ran three the greenway and ended up by the Starbucks
We finished up by the kettle bell crew Announcements: Candlewyck Blood Drive 6/20 at clubhouse Dad camp August 15-17 at lake Wylie
