THE THANG: Ran to 8 culdesacs along Cary Ridge Dr and Bevington Pl rotating between squats/lunges, Mary’s, and Merkins. Killed some time with rock work near the cricket field, and finished with a circle of Mary’s at start. 4+ miles. MARY: She wasn’t there, but we did some Mary’s (exercises).
