Date: Saturday, May 24, 2025 Time: 11:00 AM – ‘til the last pint :beers: Start Location: Sugar Creek Brewing Finish Location: Charlotte Beer Garden Distance: ~3 miles total Weight: Recommended 20-50 lbs (or whatever you can handle)
What to Expect: :hiking_boot: A 2nd F-paced ruck :beer: Brewery stops with time to hydrate & celebrate :medal: Opportunity to honor and remember fallen service members :school_satchel: Weighted rucksacks encouraged but not required :admission_tickets: Patches
What to Bring: – Ruck with weight – Water (stay hydrated!) – ID – Phone – Patriotic gear and shovel flags encouraged :us:
Move with purpose. Drink with gratitude.
Join us this Memorial Day weekend as we ruck in honor of our heroes and raise a glass to their legacy. We’ll be hitting multiple stops across South End—rucking with purpose and enjoying local brews at every stop.
This is an open event, you do not need to be part of F3 to participate. Having said that, alcohol will be involved. If one were to describe this it would be under the category of “judgement impairing / high propensity to make bad decisions”. Choose wisely with that EH.
In the past, and because it is Memorial Day Weekend, we would go to the Vietnam War Memorial after Devil’s Logic to visit the monument. This year, Devil’s Logic is closed and the route has changed so no memorial. In lieu of that, I am requesting a donation of $20 that will go towards Veteran’s Bridge Home in Charlotte. Part of the donation will cover a small fee for the patch.
