THE THANG: Mosey to the lot in front of Alloy to enjoy the irony of it all. Did 11’s with merkins & burpees.
Mosey to the stairwells for three rounds of: -10 supine pull up -10 hand release merkin at the top -5 ballz2wall or HS pushup -Run around McAlisters
Back to base for time.
