Good fellowship this morning, comisserating about car repairs, plumbing repairs, and other stressors… but thankful for the ability to post.
WARMUP: Run to the middle entrance of Beverly Crest and hang a left, then a right onto Saintfield Pl
THE THANG: Run the cul-de-sac series with right turns going out and left turns going back. 5 merkins at the end of each road. New territory for YHC (and perhaps the PAX).
After the “out and back” head down Beverly Crest Blvd towards Providence Run back towards Arbo stopping at the side streets for 10 merkins and a bit of recovery.
Take the long route down Springbank Ln and back to launch with a lap around Pro’s Mom
