WARMUP: THE THANG: we had a great group and a surprise of no rain. We started out running the parking deck at the Wells Fargo building. Each level we would stop and do 10 Merkens and 20 squats. Couple of minutes of wall sits and ran back down to start four corners. Four corners was community house through the new road towards Ballantyne corporate then back up to Ballantyne Commons, followed by the corner of community House and Ballantyne Commons. Each stoplight we stopped and did five diamond Merkins, 10, American hammers and 10 squats. Lastly, we ran another parking deck going up a level, run back down the stairs go up to levels, run back down the stairs all the way to the top with some exercises at each stop.
