Circle up for 11x each burpees, high knees, LSS, and windmills.
THE THANG: Pair up with someone you don’t know, and tell them something about you. Partner 1 bear crawl across the grass, partner 2 does 10 Bonnie Blairs (2 as 1) then runs to partner 1. Flapjack and go back to start the same way. Round two is lunge walks and diamond merkins.
Mosey to the seating area across from Lifetime and pair up with a new partner. Partner 1 does dips and partner 2 does incline or decline merkins (3 rounds).
Mosey to the medical building past HT gas and pair up with a new partner. 11s with hand clap merkins and Bobby Hurley high fives.
Mosey to the stairs, bunny hop up them, then to first national bank for 4 corners of Mary (11x WW1 sit-ups, H2H, Freddie Mercs, and A-rods/Bennifers).
Back to launch for 2 rounds each of partner pulls, a lap around the green monster for some final miles, and return to launch to meet the runners for COT.
