Super bad storms were blowing up the area all day so no-one really knew if this workout was gonna run today. YHC showed up and stopped the rain. Don’t worry, we found all the puddles and mud. I wasn’t going to let the rain go to waste.



#Warm Up

  • Jog
  • SSH x 15
  • IW x 10
  • Windmill x 10
  • Merkins x 5
  • Air Squats x 10

#The Thang

Mosey to the top of the hill  for:

  • 5 Burpees, sprint to middle, 5 Burpees, Sprint, 5 Burpees. Repeat back.
  • 3 Burpees, Lunge walk to middle, 3 Burpees, Lunge walk, 5 Burpees. Repeat back.
  • Karaoke back and forth.
  • LBCs
  • Reverse crunches
  • WWII situps
  • We did some more stuff up here but I seem to have blocked it from memory. Lack of oxygen no doubt.

Mosey to the parking for:

  • 1 Lap
  • 10 Burpees
  • 1 Lap
  • 8 Burpees
  • repeat to 0


  • LBCs x 20
  • Reverse Crunch x 20
  • Homer to Marge x 5
  • Superman Banana
  • Squats

Audible to stretching for the last minute or so.
