No – Champagne, it not a DUI.  Not tomorrow, anyway.
Simple concept tomorrow.  We will run the standard HT mile.  Back at the school, four corners, one exercise per corner, 40 reps.  LBCs, Merkins, Squats, dips (buddy benches).  Repeat until 6:06, then run the HT mile again.
