5×5 snatches (R/L each)with 10 CDD’s between each set

5×5 Goblet Squat with 10 Merkins between each set
10×10 lawnmower rows (R/L each)with 10 two handed presses between each set
1 Lap
5×5 Lunges (R/L each)with 5 one hand presses between(R/L each)
5×5 cleans (R/L each) with 10 triceps extensions between each set
1 Lap

Great stuff today boys. Thanks for allowing me to lead and for digging in on some iron. It’s good to be a runner but it’s even better to be able to turn around and take your chances. Good to see that my buddies VooDoo and Chanel are leading such a good site. I need to come out there more as it’s a heck of a way to kickstart the week. Not much to report due to the low amount of mumble chatter.
