safety, quality, quantity. drilled into my head after all the years working equipment with sharp edges and being married to a trainer. I’ve been targeting hip mobility and rehabbing my knee so felt like a good time to work on the OH squat form. Good slow burn! nice workout. I especially liked the footwork for the k-stagger sprints and the paula abdul stagger sprints.
