      Line up in the parking lot:

    • Air Squats x 10
    • Bear Crawl x 10 yards
    • Merkins x 10

Do this to the other end of the parking lot area.

  • Turkish get-ups x 10 (5/side)

Lets find some grass for Merkin Rolls
Repeato until medium rare temperature is reached.

Line up back at the same starting point:
Lt. Dans – 1 Squat/2 Single-Leg Lunges – 2/2, 3/3 – continue to the other side. Come back when you get to the other end.

Many thanks to the men of F3 Union County and Overdrive for having me lead today. It is always a humbling experience to lead men that are stronger than you.

S/O to CT for call BS on my 1 Burpee at the end. “You can’t count 1 Burpee, I say we do 10!”) Great call.

I can’t *really* own karaoke suicides, I’m sure I picked em up somewhere. I just don’t know where.

Very strong work by all the men of #Overdrive and a big S/O to @The Late Show for switching it up, using proper form and listening to what his body needed this morning.

No straps on your rucks, single file line and lets move out around the track. Alternate 100m rucks up and 100m rucks down. 

REPEATO. THE WHOLE THING? YES, THE WHOLE THING. Until time is up. 

Moleskine:

Not the craziest workout, nor the most demanding physically, however the monotony of the same thing over and over combined with all the overhead ruck work is enough to drag you down. You had to dig deep mentally today.

Lots of 2nd F this morning as well and as always it is an honor to lead the faithful of SPEARHEAD, albeit a little intimidating. Some of these guys are beasts—you know who you are.

There’s nothing like a chilly early morning rain to make your workout make you feel alive. Hope you men enjoyed it.

Two die-hard SPEARHEAD pax showed up in the gloom to show respect to those about to complete the latest GORUCK challenge launching on Saturday morning.

Moleskin:
Today gave the pax a chance to enjoy lots of 2nd F and discuss the latest GORUCK news & happenings.

Even though there were few pax this morning, there was more than enough pain to go around.

Dora had sent a message the previous evening in regards to the proper exercise form as it applies to Selection. The SPEARHEAD pax took this to heart and did all exercises with the proper form. No arm jiggles or pickle pounding this morning.

Much love to all of our brothers about to take on the GORUCK Challenge this evening.
