Hopefully they are feeling the same regret as YHC right now as I struggle to feed myself, walk, and type. Here’s how it went down.
WARMUP: SSH x 20 IC 5 x 1-handed swings each side IW x 15 IC 5 x high pulls each side Sharon Towers x 10 IC 5 x snatches each side Prying squats 5 x cleans each side
THE THANG: Partner doubles – 2 pax split the reps however they want with 1 working and 1 letting the bells rest (meatheads don’t rest, the bells do)
Double farmer reverse lunges x 50 Double swings x 100 Double snatch x 50 Double front squat x 100 60 (audible) Double cleans x 100 (thanks, Flipper) Double presses x 50
Thankfully, we ran out of time before high pulls and OH squats.
