Trailer Park Takedown Edition
Date: 2025-04-24 AO: shield Q: tagalong PAX: Circuit City, Carny, Brisket, Cooter2, Bombay FNGs: None COUNT: 6 When Rousey started flaking with “a mysterious rash” (probably poison ivy from swiping right on the wrong bush), I grabbed the Q reins and brought the Trailer Park Special to the Shield this morning.
We went full MHP mode: – Carried buckets of “non-potable” water :sweat_drops: – Lifted leveling blocks like mobile home Hulk Hogan :bricks: – Booty bands for that quad pop :peach: – Pushups on firewood ‘cause benches are for the weak :evergreen_tree: – Hand grenades (the exercise… ) :bomb: – Rows with a real-life tractor fan belt because why not :tractor:
We also ran a scenic mile through the retirement village — waved at the early bird bingo squad — then punished ourselves with 30 burpees, because no good deed goes unpunished.
Wrapped it all up with a proper stretch so the old guys don’t pull hamstrings tying their lawn shoes.
