Hobby Horse and VP themed beatdown

THE THANG: Jump rope and called exercises, rocks with friends exercises. bank run sequence, and special JD Vance and Tim Waltz themed beatdowns. Franky still takes the cake for his jump rope style, which the rest of us dubbed the “https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MmgNL6PT7Ts”. teddyf3 killed it on the workout and again narrowly avoided an altercation with Crack Head Billy. Palmolive killed us with something called the A-Rod and kirby excelled at the “Tim Walz” drill and of course, mumblechatter.
Lots of great laughs this am and a little beatdown too. Grateful to call you guys friends and F3 brothers.
