THE THANG:
1. The Parking Deck Twist – 8 floors running up. Match the # of reps for merkins, squat, BB Sit-ups
2. Holiday Inn – parking deck Twist, 10x Mary exercises flutters, box cutters, dollies, Rosalitas.
3. Rock Walk – around the old golf course. We each hauled a rock from the creek (some Of them smelled worse than others) with exercises every 100 yds or so. Overhead press, weighted squat, curls, thrusters.
We got 4.5 miles total.
