Tribute to a Hair Metal Legend

A far cry from the bleak accommodations of the Calvary tundra, indeed. More than 30 pax strong came out to celebrate the 60th birthday of our one and only Frehley’s. Some long running mumblechatter at the outset pushed us a few minutes behind, but YHC’s quickened cadence caught us up in no time. Great to see the pax continuing to push themselves with higher weights as we work our way through the hypertrophy program. We’ll return to our normal program next week (including a more even keeled playlist devoid of any ska!), but it was a great change of pace this morning that somehow ended in sipping (shooting?) a high-brow, tasty mezcal at 7:30am compliments of the Worm.
