Driving Miss Rosie

Date: 2023-12-21 AO: the-devils-turn Q: voodoo PAX: Astro (Kyle Kirchhoff), bunker, frasier, hairball, turkey_leg, voodoo, retread, rosie, Au Gratin FNGs: None COUNT: 9 The Q came in on two wheels to find 4 pax waiting in the chilly temps. After some chit chat, we launched onto Bevington and up Elm. We got lucky with the traffic, only encountering 2 oncoming cars and 1 passing from behind (maybe Rousey on his way to a bootcamp?). Hairball did a great job as a spotter.
Once we got into the neighborhood off of Elm, we quickly split into 2 groups: the speedsters (Hairball, Rosie, TL) and the Clydesdales (YHC and Retread).
Bunker, Frazier, and maybe Au Gratin were spotted elsewhere on the route, allegedly doing a tempo run.
It was great to have Rosie join us while home for his Christmas break. He’s here until the 2nd so hopefully we’ll see more of him. Astro got up early to drive Rosie to/from the workout and to take us out masterfully in COT. It was great to see him and we look forward to his full recovery from his recent hernia surgery.
