Attempted Star fish crunch but my stomach hurt too much so I called it off. THE THANG: Ran to the Rock pile.  50 each of Curls, Presses, Tricep Extensions with Rock. Squats with Rocks . Then Indian Run with Rock. Then used Tabata for Jump roping work out. One minute of sets of work out with 1 minute of jumping roping fun . Then ran like hell to the stopping sign.
