The stars aren’t real at Bagpipe?!?!
DATE: 2022-10-04 AO: _Sob Q: Olaf PAX: Rousey, wildturkey, frehleys_comet FNGs: None COUNT: 3 WARMUP: A short mosey over by the hotel for 15 SSH, 5 burpees, 15 IW, 4 burpees, 15 Mountain climbers, 3 burpees, 15 Peter Parker’s, 2 burpees, 15 LSS, 1 burpee.
THE THANG: Mosey to hill. Run up hill and 50 LBC at bridge then back down to bottom. Repeat with backward run to halfway point up to bridge.
Mosey to parking lot with 6 corners. 15 merkins at each corner. Meet in middle for 15 LBC. Repeat doing 15 squats at each corner instead of merkins. Meet in middle for 15 heels to heaven where Rousey suggested the stars were a mirage.
Mosey to rock pile. Thruster throw rock up hill. Run around pond with 15 single leg lunges at each wall. (rear leg elevated on wall) Thruster throw rock up hill. Run around pond with incline merkins to failure.
Mosey to back to launch.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Bratwurst announced a running event in Lawson coming up. 3rd F timekeeper every Tuesday after workout. 3rd F higher ground every other Friday at Hawthorne’s pizza at 11:30.
COT:A dozen or so runners joined for COT. Prayers go out to John (a friend of chopper), Danny (friend of Olaf), and Frehleys daughter Taylor on her pregnancy.
