Pathetically late in posting this, but that’s not going to stop me so the pax at least get credit for showing up. The main part of the workout was a circuit of pulling with resistance bands at varying heights.
We don’t enough pulling related exercises and the point was to start changing that. I bought a cheap pair of resistance bands online for $30 and they’re holding up nicely. I also bought some Rogue bands and their nice too, but not worth the extra expense.
The bands weigh about nothing, travel anywhere and add about a bazillion different things you can do with them, most of which hit muscles we neglect in F3. So IMHO we need to get on board with the bands and make they more common than coupons.
