– Humid, sunny and hot makes for a tough combo.
– Add a pre-run and it just sucks
– Smokey died three times during this workout thanks to a virus. Literally died
– At one point we wondered where Smokey was at and realized he was still sitting near the bathroom. Sort of like smelling salts. He seemed more awake after sitting there for a while. Was EE there previously?
– Speaking of EE, he was apparently in a line for the single stall at Bo. Or he got a double Bo to Go. Not sure but apparently, he figured Bo was the only spot with a bathroom and McDs/HT/Convenient Store just won’t work.
– Great work by everyone.
– This BB is late due to EE which is actually very consistent of him for this workout.

I take full responsibility for my actions! Have you ever been to a point in your journey to a stall where you need as little body movement as possible or else??? After that Hill-acious morning Pre-Run (and I thought the pre-run was supposed to be more casual and warm-up like. Not the Full BRR-type run through all of the hills nearby), I made it to the only Bo-To-Go Stall and realized I must wait it out or blow up the urinal! Some kid playing Minecraft was in there for what seemed like a few hours just taking his time while there is a ticking time bomb making various “HURRY THE #@**@#$@#$ UP” sounds trying to get him to pinch it off and go! (but thankful the seat was nice and warm when I finally made it).
GJ thanks for letting me steal and continue on with your workout. I was smoked from all the morning already offered. Big Knuckles to Smokey for feeling like death but still giving all he could. He sat but Never Gave Up #GoJoe.
I think HB would have a problem with his daughters boyfriend being named “Good Hands”!!!
Solid work by Keifer, HB, Shep. Boys are putting in the time. Not sure where the 3 2.0 amigos got off to, but at some point, they took off and went their own way!
