11 PAX showed up this morning. Here’s what we did:
Mosey to basketball court for warmup – SSH X 25, Merkins X 10, Peter Parker X 10
Run 1 mi loop around school
Partner up for WIBesque workout:
A/B do 10 pullups, 25 dips, 25 squats, 25 over/unders; Run a lap and 3 dumbocrats each per corner
Repeat, adding 2 dumbocrats per lap.
Repeat for 35ish minutes.
Magee led 6-8 MoM. It was painful.
3 man grinders on the main hill. A does Mary, B does jump squats, C runs in between
