- 1 mile run (3 laps around the track)
- 100 squats
- 1 mile run
- 100 merkins
- 1 mile run
- 200 LBCs
- 1 mile run
- 100 CDD’s
- 1 mile run
- 100 burpees
In total: 5 miles, 200 burpees, 100 squats, 100 merkins, 200 LBCs, 100 CDDs. Can you finish by 0800?
Oh, and if you have an injured foot (there are a few of you out there), drop the running and run through the exercises twice.
