Partner run/exercise

Partner 1 run through school parking lot, partner 2 does called exercise until partner returns

Round 1

· Front Pull-ups
· Squats
· Diamond merkin

Round 2

· Chin -ups
· LBC’s
· Flutters

20 Crunchy frog

Round 3

· Wide front Pull-ups
· Carolina dry docks
· Wide merkins

We finished out with some sprint/walk lunge across the parking lot
