Tough group of men out there this morning. I wanted to get the kettlebell fever spreading throughout the men that don’t get to see them enough. I learned a valuable lesson in the meantime. You can’t just concentrate on good form while you’re lifting, you also need to when picking up and putting down these heavy bells.#myneckandmyback
