o Hold plank for the last 15 seconds.
For the second week in a row, the Q did not provide any commentary so I get to add my own. Arena aka Wabbit aka Awena aka Ron Weasley – solid work. I was dying on the last set of KB squats to press. Coach Fudd is the middle school soccer coach at CDS. Definitely a varsity level workout today.

Overall great Q!
With my short husky Clydesdale self the Indian Run was rough, everyone’s jog was my sprint which means I was almost AYG to get to the front.
Brutal, and getting the side stitch didn’t help, something I have been dealing with when I run since the flu almost 2 months ago so tips appreciated.
Still great to get out here and be pushed though after being sick & working through the shoulder issue.
