45 minutes of awkwards movements on a foam roller and 45 minutes of awkward sounds.

Even though we didnt leave the ground this one hurt. I think the wisdom with the foam roller is if it hurts when you do it then you need to be doing it. Purple Haze showed up with what we all believed to be the tiniest foam roller ever. It was like a little elf foam roller. I asked him if the store he bought it at had a little tiny door. No response.

Yes, Purple Haze’s foam roller was size-challenged to say the least, but at least he can store it in his glove compartment.

Radar… glad you’ve taken the reins as the most flatulence-prone member of the PAX.

Flex is a keeper… I’ll be back.

Flex = solid

I found out this AM that the real foam rollers are much more painful than the pool noodle thing I started out with. They also squeeze farts out of you like a tube of toothpaste, apparently.

It is not the size of the foam roller that matters, it’s how you use it.

And I believe our Q, a trained professional and a doctor, confirmed that my foam roller, which limits use to one leg at a time, was actually more painful than the double-wide foam roller used by the rest of Pax.

With that said, I will purchase a bigger one so this foam roller size envy subsides and I can show my face at Flex again.
