Great effort by everyone today. We covered 6.11 miles between the hill work and track. Not a lot of frills – this was designed to be a pretty straight forward, albeit hard, running workout. Happy birthday to Stage Coach, who conveniently/strategically didn’t make the announcement until 6:14. Otherwise, I’m sure we could’ve done 41 of something. Special thanks to Mr. Brady for the sendoff. Please keep Chelms’ brother and family in your thoughts and prayers as he continues to fight brain cancer and prepares for tomorrow’s return trip to Duke for evaluation.It was a pleasure leading this group – Thanks, TL for the opportunity!
