Great crew today, everyone was pushing for the entirety. Also nice to have some Foxhole FNGs today, I hope you will continue to join us.
Mighty Mite was cranking it up as usual today, making every second count before he hits GoRuck this Friday. Leading most drills, 45 lb KB to boot. Strong.
Honored to lead today, and good to be back in action.
Check weekly email for new 3rdF events hitting the calendar
Best of luck to all Area51 pax participating in GoRuck this Friday PM. Head to Indy Park to support them as they depart for what is sure to be a tough night.
