Big T-Claps to Wingman for putting Slackblast together. It’s really like the lamest excuse that one can’t get on their phone and fill out a form to record the workout. It’s more effort to submit a receipt in Concur than do one of these things.

Partner up. Circuit series at the library (3 laps), then mosey up Rea to Windswept. Small lunge walk detour along the way in Carrington. Same partners, run each cul-de-sac in Windswept with Boone Crunch and LBC interludes. Not done yet, mosey back to Rea and then to Cherokee (Snowflake’s hood) for a quick triple nickel of Dry Docks and Merkins. Tour complete, we headed back to launch and circled up with Meathead.
