Copperheads and a Steam Bath

Never a dull moment at Blakecovery as this week 5 PAX decided to go for a stroll through Providence County Club.  Bratwurst charted the course and he, Gumbo and Bunker led the way.

Last week Bunker broke out the long sleeves. This week I think I saw Gumbo take off his shirt in the middle of the run due to the humid summer conditions (not sure because he was that far ahead of me).

Paper Jam ended the morning with some broga. Some had mats others had towels.  All became more flexible.

During the 5 miles of fun, we discovered that both Bratwurst (on trails at Anne Springs) and Swedish Chef (in Atlanta) have had close encounters with copperheads wile running. At least the rattlers in Arizona warn you before you get close-at least that is what Swedish Chef claimed.   Just another reason I am not a runner.
