If you have a sandbag: Hold bag to chest, throw it, pick it up, squat, repeat
If you have a kb: Lunge left, right squat while holding the bell.

I said mosey, why am I the first one there watching everyone walk?!
On the wall for peoples chair, every other person keep a bell. Pass to the right, 10 count, do this a few times then pass to the left 10 count, do this a few times.

So the sandbag exercise we did was based on the sandbag mile done at GORUCK selection a few weeks ago, yes they did it for a full mile.
Outside of that I figured it is good to keep guys on their toes by me planning more running than normal. #MissionAccomplished
