Forgive the brevity… but we’re doing 5-5-4-4-3-3 Intervals at Mountain Goat tomorrow. It should go something like this:
1. Warm-up/Stretch
2. Run 5:00 at I-Pace, recover at 4:00 back to starting point x2
3. Run 4:00 at I-Pace, recover at 3:00 back to starting point x2
4. Run 3:00 at I-Pace, recover at 2:00 back to starting point x2
5. Cool-down/stretch
