THE THANG: Set A – 18 Min using heavy single KB 28-32 kg 3 – Deadlifts 3 – Cleans 3 – Rack Front Squats (perfection) Rotate sides, “life hard, rest hard” – (flipper et. al, 2026)
Set B – 7 min of floor press 5-6 rep. “life hard, rest hard” – (flipper et. al, 2026) Lay down. Press, rest press, rest, etc.
Set C – Static holds – Rotate suitcase and rack holds. A few rounds 30-45 sec each. Some marched in place, others lifted a leg or two. Others were lost wondering what we were doing (Pepsi and Emoji)
Had 2 mins to spare before Mary time. So I called a voodoo and we did 50 2H Swings. Many Pax cursed me, which was the goal. Much grunting from the Blanks region of the workout. All push to the end and wildturkey got some cardio in.
Uncle Leo guess the play list as Superbowl halftime theme. wildturkey dropped lots of facts about various Motown artists and The Who.
