THE THANG: Pretty simple loops around the roughly 3/4 of a mile loop of the red light district with stops at the 3 main intersections for 5 merkins, 5 lbcs and 5 jump squats. Rinsed and repeat till around 6:05 then off we went back to the ABC Store. Sorry for repeating your q from months on end Ductwork, crazy day at work the day prior putting my 2 weeks notice in at my current job meant I had to come up with a workout plan quick on our way to the red light district.
